Only delivery of wrong products and products delivered in broken state are eligible for replacement or refund within a week of intimation by the Buyers via email accompanied with valid bills / receipts. All replacements and refund will take place within a period of one month from the date of intimation subject to legit proof of purchase.
No request / complaint for replacement/refund shall be entertained after expiry of one week
Replacement / refund of broken items will be accepted only, if a complaint is made within 48 hrs, accompanied with a video-graphic evidence of unpacking of goods at the time of delivery.
Products damaged / broken due to ‘Act of God’ are not entitled for refund or replacement and the Seller shall not be liable for any claim arsing out of factors contributed by ‘Act of God’.
All disputes/claims both domestic and international are subject to the jurisdiction of Govt. of NCT of Delhi and shall be resolved by way of Arbitration.
